关键路径赢得值法在水利水电工程项目进度管理中的应用

摘　　要：赢得值法在跟踪指导水利水电工程项目进度管理中发挥了其独特的效果。但实际应用过程中,却发现传统赢得值法存在着许多缺陷,为了弥补其不足,引入了关键路径的赢得值法,将关键路径上三个基本参数提取出来,单独对其进行分析,使其更加客观、准确的反映项目实际进度情况。The earned value management plays a unique role in following the progress control of water conser-vancy and hydropower project. But in the practical application, people find many defects in the earned value management. In order to making up for the shortcomings, this paper raises the earned value management of critical path, separately analyzing the three basic parameters extracted from the critical path, and making it to reflect the actual progress objectively and accurately.
