摘 要:以草菇(Volvariella volvacea)子实体为原料,采用温水提取法通过单因素试验探讨了料液比、提取时间、提取温度对草菇多糖提取率的影响,并在此基础上由正交试验优化最佳提取工艺,同时测定其保湿性能。结果表明草菇多糖的最佳提取条件为:料液比(g/ml)1∶20,提取时间3h,提取温度70℃,在此工艺条件下,多糖的提取率为19.28%,该工艺易于操作,适合草菇子实体多糖的提取,所得的多糖具有与甘油相似的保湿能力。Polysaccharides from Volvariella volvacea fruit-body were extracted by hot water.Single factor test was applied to analyze the influence of those factors such as solid-liquid ratio,extraction time and extraction temperature on the extraction of the polysaccharides.Orthogonal experiment tests were adopted to establish the optimal conditions for the extraction technology.And the moisture retention of the polysaccharides was determined.The results showed that the optimum conditions of extraction had been determined that material/liquid ratio(g/ml)was 1∶20,the extraction time was 3hand the extraction temperature was 70℃.Under the condition,the extraction rate of polysaccharide was 19.28%.The process was easy to operate,suitable for extracting of polysaccharides from Volvariella volvacea fruit-body.The polysaccharides and glycerin had similar properties of moisture retention.
