摘 要:利用Adams/car所提供的后处理功能对汽车进行特定道路上的动态模拟分析必不可少的步骤就是在Adams/car中建立出路面3D模型。本文在给定道路Catia三维模型的基础上,采用Ansys对道路中线离散化,取出关节点的坐标并在Matlab中排序,最后导入Adams/car模块Road Builder窗口,从而生成3D道路模型。此方法能够迅速完成任何复杂形状路面的建模,为Adams中3D建模提供了一种高效的方法。The essential step of taking dynamic simulation and analysis of the car on particular road using the post-processing function which Adams / car provides is to establish a 3D model of the road in it. Based on a given three-dimensional model of the road which is created by Catia, midline discretization was taken by Ansys, then the coordinates of articulation points were taken out and sorted in Matlab. They finally were imported into Road Builder of Adams / car to generate 3D road model. This method can quickly complete the modeling of any complex shape of the road, providing an efficient way for 3D modeling in Adams.
