摘 要:汽车仪表板除霜除雾性能对汽车驾驶和交通安全非常重要。近年来,各主机厂对前挡玻璃的除霜除雾已经有了足够的重视,但对于侧风挡除霜除雾仍有一定的设计方法缺失和设计失败。简明阐述了侧除霜系统设计方法,并辅以CFD分析,对某车型侧除霜风道的除霜除雾性能进行了分析,以分析结果为依据改进后选取最优方案,最终得到了满足设计要求的除霜系统。The defrost performance of instrument panel is very important for driving and traffic safety. Recently, each auto company has paid more attention to defrosting of front windshield, but there still lack of design method of defrosting of side windshield. In this paper, the design method of side windshield defrosting is expounded by CFD analysis. The defrost performance of side windshield defrosting air ducting of a kind of vehicle is analyzed, design proposal is improved on the basis of analysis result and finally the defrost system that satisfies the design requirement is achieved.
