石拉乌素煤矿基建期投资控制实用措施分析

摘　　要：石拉乌素煤矿位于内蒙古自治区鄂尔多斯市伊金霍洛旗境内,目前正处于基建期,需投入大量资金,有效进行投资控制成为当前生产管理中的工作的重点和难点。本文通过分析石拉乌素煤矿投资控制过程中采取的各类措施,总结煤矿建设投资控制经验,达到有效控制建设投资、降本增效的目的,同时为类似矿井提供借鉴。Shilawusu coal mine is located in the region of Yijinhuoluo of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Erdos city,is currently in the construction period,need to invest a lot of money,the effective investment control has become the focus and difficulty in production management work at present. this paper analyazed various measures adopted in the process of mine investment control,summed up the experience of investment control in coal mine construction,to achieve the effective control of the construction investment,the objective of reducing investment and increasing efficiency,and provided the reference for the similar mine.
