摘　　要：目前,煤炭市场受国内外宏观经济形势影响,煤炭市场供过于求、价格大幅下滑、企业库存不断增加,经济效益普遍下降。加强成本管控,降低成本费用支出成为煤矿企业需要重点关注的问题。文章从煤炭企业成本特点分析,结合企业推行的内部市场化运作模式寻求适合煤矿企业自身特点的成本管控方法。At present,the coal market is affected by the macroeconomic situation,the coal market prices fall,supply exceeds demand in coal market,business inventories increased,Prices fell sharply. economic decline. To strengthen the cost management,decrease cost as coal enterprises need to focus on the problem. Based on the analysis of the cost of coal enterprise,combined with the mode of operation of the internal market for enterprises to find out the cost control method which is suitable for the coal mine enterprises own characteristics
