摘　　要：志愿服务在医院是一项创新的工作。通过志愿者组织文化建设,构建良好的志愿者管理体系,培育众多的忠诚志愿者,建设一支富有奉献精神的志愿者服务队,为改善医疗服务、促进医患和谐发挥了积极作用,得到了广大患者和社会各界的肯定和好评。Volunteer service is a creative work in hospital.Through volunteer organizational culture construction,a good volunteer management system is built,a lot of loyal volunteers are trained,and a dedicated volunteer service team is constructed to improve the medical service,to promote harmonious doctor-patient relationship.Volunteer service in hospital has got recognition and praise from majority of patients and social sections.
