摘　　要：为了继承和发扬协和优良传统,协和医院近年来大力开展文化建设,创新性提出了"待病人如亲人,提高病人满意度;待同事如家人,提高员工幸福感"新办院理念,并通过提炼协和精神、开展理念教育、学习典范人物、加强制度建设等,让协和文化这一宝贵精神财富代代传承,发扬光大。In order to inherit and develop good tradition,Beijing Union Medical College Hospital has developed culture construction in recent years,proposed the new concept,which is ＂treating patients as relatives,improving patients＇ satisfaction;treating colleagues as family members,improving staff＇s happiness＂,and inherited the valuable spiritual wealth through refining the hospital＇s spirit,developing conceptual education,studying good examples and strengthening system construction.
