护理人员实施关怀护理组织环境因素的质性研究

摘　　要：目的归纳总结护理人员对患者实施关怀护理的组织环境因素,为护理管理者制定合理应对措施,优化实施关怀护理的组织环境提供参考。方法采用质性研究方法,对15名护理人员进行半结构式访谈,用现象学分析法进行资料分析。结果护理人员在实际工作中感知到的对患者实施关怀护理的组织环境因素包括物理环境、心理环境、组织资源、组织制度和组织气氛。结论关怀护理的良好实施需要组织环境的支持。Objective To summarize environmental factors of nurses caring for patients,in order to provide reference for nurse managers to develop reasonable measures to optimize the organizational environment for implementing nursing care.Method Qualitative research methods were used.Semi-structured interviews with 15 nurses were conducted.The phenomenological analysis method was used for data analysis.Result Nurses perceiving organizational environmental factors of nurses caring for patients in practice included the physical environment,psychological environment,organizational resources,organizational systems and organizational climate.Conclusion Good implementation of the nursing care requires the support of organizational environment.
