摘 要:文章阐述了D1422mm的X80冷弯管外观尺寸和力学性能试验结果。研究表明,外观尺寸试验中椭圆度最大位置靠近弯管中心,椭圆度为2.61%。外弧侧壁厚减薄率最大和内弧侧壁厚减薄率最小位置位于测点中心位置,波浪度最大位置靠近弯管段中心,其波浪度为0.27%。拉伸性能试验中弯管段内弧侧纵向屈服强度不满足要求,纵向弯曲段外弧侧屈强比不满足要求,这是因为在弯曲过程中产生了包申格效应,其对纵向的影响比较大,使得内弧侧屈服强度和抗拉强度都降低,而对外弧侧则相反,但是对横向拉伸性能的影响较小。直管段中性区和外弧侧屈服强度有个别不满足要求,是因为存在一定的离散性。文章提出以下建议:在冷弯过程中可以在内部设置一个直径略大于弯管内径的芯轴,相当于添加一个反向应力,这样在冷弯后可以减少中间位置变形量;曲率半径一般要求在30D即可。The test results of the appearance size of D 1 422 mm X80 steel cold bending pipe and its mechanical properties are illustrated. The research shows that in appearance size test,the position with maximum ellipticity of 2.61%is close to the bending pipe;the maximum wall thickness reducing rate at outside arc and the minimum wall thickness reducing rate at inside arc are both located at the center position of test points,the position with maximum undulation height of0.27% is close to the center of the bending pipe;the longitudinal yield strength at inside arc of the bending pipe and the tensile ratio at outside arc do not satisfy the requirements because of Bauschinger effect;The yield strengths at few points of straight pipe neutral zone and bend outside arc does not satisfy the requirement due to discretization. It is suggested to insert a core shaft with a diameter a little bigger than the internal diameter of the pipe so as to reduce the deformation at themiddle position of the cold bending pipe,the curvature radius is generally 30 D.
