摘　　要：锦州20-2凝析气田登陆管道穿越锦州港航道,锦州港扩建工程需要对该管道进行改造。管道改造前实施了复合清洗;管道与航道相交处切除了部分旧管道,并相应铺设平行于被切除段旧管道的新管道,通过两套法兰膨胀弯与原管道连接;管道改造完成后,进行整体清管、试压;试压合格后进行乙二醇干燥投产作业,实现了锦州20-2凝析气田快速安全复产。锦州20-2海底登陆管道改造工程是国内首次对穿越航道海底管道进行的改造。Because the landing pipeline of JZ20-2 Gas Field crosses Jingzhou port shipping lane,it should increase burial depth of its buried section in Jingzhou port expansion project. The pipeline need multiple cleaning to remove the residual oil from the pipeline thoroughly before relocation, then a new pipeline is lain parallel to the original pipeline at the intersection of the pipeline and the shipping lane, and connected to the original pipeline with two sets of flange expansion bends. After relocation of the pipeline, pigging and hydrostatic testing are performed for the whole pipeline,and then drying with ethylene glycol. The safe and quick recovery of production of JZ20-2 Gas Field has been completed. The JZ20-2 subsea pipeline landing relocation project is the first related project in China.
