高中生有氧运动能力评价方法的比较研究

摘　　要：采用实验法、数理统计法对高中生有氧运动能力评价方法进行研究,结果显示:男、女生台阶指数与效标值最大摄氧量(VO2max)的相关性分别为:r=0.147,r=0.368;男女生功率车指数与VO2max的相关性为r=0.138,r=0.218;男、女生1 500m跑与VO2max的相关性分别为r=-0.265,r=-0.102;3种间接测试法都不太适合测试高中生有氧运动能力。Using the experimental methods and statistical methods,this paper will focus on the methods evaluating the capacity of aerobic exercise of high school students. The maximum oxygen uptake testing method will be used as the effective figure. The result shows that the correlation between the step index of the boys and girls and the maximum oxygen uptake（ VO2 max） is r = 0. 147,r = 0. 368;The correlation between male and female students power index and VO2 max is r = 0. 138,r = 0. 218;The correlation between 1 500-meter race and VO2 max is r =-0. 265,r =-0. 102; Three indirect testing methods are not suitable for evaluating high school students＇ capacity of aerobic exercise.
