摘　　要：介绍李华山以中药熏洗疗法治疗肛周湿疹的临床经验。认为"湿"是肛周湿疹致病的起始因素,并与热邪、风邪、虫淫等相关,临证分为虚实两型,即湿热下注型和血虚风燥型。治疗上"先祛湿清热",重视"祛风",重在"止痒",运用经验方"苦参止痒汤"外用以达"清热燥湿、祛风止痒"之功,取得了较好的临床效果。It introduced the experience of Professor LI Huashan treating perianal eczema. Dampness is the origination of the disease. It includes damp-heat invading lower-Jiao and blood deficiency relating wind-dryness. Dispelling dampness and clearing heat method is the priority in therapy. Dispelling wind method is being valued and relieving itching is the ultimate aim.The apply of the empirical prescription Kushen Zhiyang Decoction by fuming and washing to achieve the effect of clearing heat,drying dampness,eliminating insect pathogenic and relieving itching,reaching a good clinical effect.
