鳖甲煎丸以“络”论治冠心病心绞痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察鳖甲煎丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法:68例心气不足,痰瘀阻络型冠心病心绞痛患者随机分成2组,对照组30例给予常规内科治疗,治疗组38例在此基础上加用鳖甲煎丸口服。临床观察4周后统计2组患者的临床疗效以及血脂、血液流变学指标的变化。结果:治疗组的心绞痛、心电图疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗前后血脂、血液流变学指标存在显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01),而对照组治疗前后血脂、血液流变学指标无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:鳖甲煎丸对冠心病心绞痛有确切的疗效,能调节血脂,降低血液黏滞性,改善微循环。Objective： To observe the curative effect of Biejiajian Pill in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease（ CHD）. Methods：68 patients with CHD of heart qi deficiency,blood stasis and phlegm were randomly divided into 2 groups.30 cases in the control group were given conventional treatment and 38 cases of the treatment group were combined with oral Biejiajian Pill based on the above treatment. After clinical observation of 4 weeks,the clinical curative effect and the changes of blood lipid and hemorheology were counted. Results： The curative effect of angina pectoris and ECG in the treatment group were better than those of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The blood lipids and hemorheology indexes in treatment group before and after treatment had significant differences（ P 〈 0. 05,P 〈 0. 01）,while those in the control group before and after treatment had no significant difference（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion： Biejiajian Pill has exact curative effect on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and it can regulate blood lipids,lower blood viscosity and improve microcirculation.
