摘　　要：胃肠电图是检测胃肠动力的重要手段,是反映胃肠道平滑肌电活动的一项客观电生理学指标,也可以反映外界干预下胃肠道机能状态的改变情况,在针刺调节胃肠动力的研究中具有重要的意义。本文从胃肠电图在针刺调节胃肠动力研究中的作用、胃肠电图在针刺研究调节胃肠动力研究中的特色与优势以及胃肠电图应用应注意的问题三个方面进行探讨。Electro-gastroenterogram is an important method to test the gastrointestinal motility,and it is an objective index of electrophysiology to reflect the electrical activity of gastrointestinal tract. It also responses to the changes of gastrointestinal tract interfered with acupuncture,and plays an important part in acupuncture research. In this paper,the author discussed the application of electro-gastroenterogram of acupuncture for regulating the gastrointestinal motility,the advantage of electro-gastroenterogram used in acupuncture research,and advertent questions in application of electro-gastroenterogram.
