摘　　要：近年来灸法在治疗动脉粥样硬化(AS)中进行了大量的研究,已取得了重要进展。为了全面了解灸法对AS的作用及其机制,为今后的研究提供一定的基础和方向,通过对近20年来灸法用于治疗AS的相关文献进行总结、分析。结果表明灸法能通过调脂、抗炎等机制发挥良好的抗AS作用,但仍需进一步研究以全面了解灸法抗AS的作用机制。In recent years,a variety of research as well as great progress has been made on the treatment of atherosclerosis by moxibustion. This paper aims to get a comprehensive understanding of effect and mechanism of treatment to atherosclerosis by moxibustion and to provide materials for further study. Related literature in recent years were collected and analyzed. Finally we come to this conclusion that： moxibustion can exert its function mainly by regulating the metabolism of lipid protein and suppressing inflammation. However,it is a long way to go for fully understanding of the role of moxibustion in treatment to atherosclerosis.
