摘　　要：为了提高建筑物普查的效率及质检管理工作,基于Android开发的系统将建筑物普查工作的基本信息数据采集通过移动终端录入,直接形成电子数据,改变了传统的调查方式,避免了多头采集,重复劳动,确保了建筑物基本信息的完整、准确,节省了大量的人力成本,大大提高了工作效率及管理水平,为建筑物震害预测结果的有效取得奠定了基础。The acquisition system is able to digitalize and storethe basic information of building by collecting data with mobile terminals instead of gathering it by tradittonal way. By operating this way, it can raise the efficiency of building investigationand improve the quality of quality checks. It can ensure that the data is accurate and complete and avoid repetitive workat the same time. The acquisitionsystem can save a large amount of human cost and enhance the management quality. Therefore, the acquisition system plays a crucial role in the Earthquake disaster evaluation of buildings.
