摘　　要：2013年1月23日12时18分,在辽宁省辽阳市灯塔市与沈阳市苏家屯区交界(41.5oN,123.2oE)发生5.1级地震。地震发生在NE向的营口—佟二堡断裂带附近,地震没有造成人员伤亡和经济损失,震源机制显示为走滑类型地震。地震发生在新出现的地震活动增强区域,震前九个月发生ML4.1地震,并出现明显的小震活跃现象。The M5.1 earthquake occurred in the joint area of Dengta of Liaoyang and Sujiatun of Shenyang city （41.5oN,123.2oE） on January 23, 2013. The earthquake occurred near NE Yingkou-Tongerpu Fault in the northeast direction.The earthquake caused no human casualties and economic losses. In the focal mechanism solution,the earthquake is strike-slip type. The earthquake occurred in a new area of intense seismic activity and a ML4.1 earthquake occurred nine months before the earthquake.
