摘  要:目的评价大黄酸对便秘模型小鼠胃肠蠕动功能的影响。方法用复方地芬诺脂制造小鼠便秘模型,大黄酸组给予大黄酸,记录6 h内的首次排红便时间,排便粒数和大便性状,并采用小肠曙红推进实验分别观察对照组、便秘组、大黄酸组的小鼠小肠曙红推进率,记录结果进行统计学分析。结果便秘组首次排便时间较对照组显著延长(P<0.01),6 h内排便粒数显著减少(P<0.01),小鼠小肠推进率显著降低(P<0.01);大黄酸组首次排便时间较便秘组显著缩短(P<0.01),6 h内排便粒数显著增加(P<0.01),小鼠小肠推进率显著提高(P<0.01)。结论大黄酸能增强便秘小鼠的胃肠蠕动功能。Objective To evaluate the effect of rhein on constipation mice gastrointestinal peristalsis function. Methods Mice model of co group has been respectively treated with nstipati rhein. on were established by compound diphenoxylate. Rhein The time of defecation of the first red feces, quantity and character of feces within 6 hours were observed. The promoting rate of eosin control group, constipation group and rhein group were obsered by small intestine eosin powder propelling test and analyzed the result by statistical method. Results The time of first red stool defecation of the constipation group was markedly longer than that of control group (P 〈 0.01 ) , the 6 - hour defecation quantity of mice was markedly decrease (P 〈 0.01 ) , the promoting rate O. 01 ) ; The time of first red stool defecation of the of mice small intestine was markedly increase (P 〈 rhein group was markedly shorter than that of control group ( P 〈 0.01 ), the 6 - hour defecation quantity of mice was markedly increase ( P 〈 0.01 ), the pro- moting rate of mice small intestine was markedly increase(P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Rhein would be able to enhance the constipation mice' s function of gastrointestinal peristalsis
