摘　　要：中国养老保障制度体系已经初步建立,但内容体系存在缺失、结构体系碎片化严重、层次体系主体责权关系不均衡。中国养老保障制度应通过建立一些应对养老需求的新的制度项目以完善其内容体系,通过制度整合完善其结构体系,通过责权关系的均衡完善其层次体系,进而建立起更加公平可持续的养老保障制度体系。The old aged security system has been initially established. But there are defects in its contents, fragmentation in its structure, and unbalance in its gradation. China should perfect the contents system by establishing some new systems targeting the aged, the structure system by system reorganization and the gradation system by balanceing the right and duty, so as to promote the establishment of an equitable and sustained security system for the old aged.
