摘　　要：文本择选对于诗集的呈现方式具有决定作用,它受到多方面因素的影响。本文论述了影响杜甫诗歌英译文本择选的四要素:社会文化背景、译本规模、翻译目的与读者对象以及译者的审美倾向;同时论述了文本择选的五种策略与方法:体裁择选法、题材择选法、编年体择选法、遵从已有选本法和依据诗歌影响及经典性择选法。Poem selections are crucial for any poetry collection, and it is influenced by many factors. This paper discusses the four factors which influence Du Fu＇ s poem selections. They are the social-cultural background, the extent of the poem collection, translation aims and readers, and the translator＇s aesthetic preferences. This paper also explores the five strategies and methods of poem selections ： i.e. five selection criteria： genres, themes, chronological order, existed collections and influence.
