摘　　要：如何解读党的十八大提出的全面深化改革的战略目标,其对我国的民族政策、特别是民族区域自治制度有什么影响,是一个值得研究的问题。文章从全面深化改革、民族区域自治制度、民族区域自治法三者之间的相互关系入手,全面、深入地阐释了新时期贯彻落实党的民族政策的新内涵、新要求。It is a question worthy of study that how to unscramble the strategic targets to deepen the reform comprehensively proposed by the 18^th national congress of party representatives, and the influence on the national policy, especially on the system of regional national autonomy. Starting from the mutual relationships of deepening the overall reform, the system of regional national autonomy and the law on regional notional autonomy, this paper illuminates the new contents and new requirements.
