摘　　要：本文以党的十八大精神为指针,从做好边境民族工作,维护边境团结和谐民族关系,事关国家的民族团结大局、事关广西与全国同步全面建成小康社会、事关各族人民在中华民族大家庭"中国梦"实现的维度,提出以下创新观点:强调思想理论上应切实增强中国特色解决民族问题的理论自信、制度自信和道路自信;强调工作实践中应千方百计加快边境地区经济社会发展、夯实民族团结的物质基础;强调方式方法上应毫不动摇促进民族交流、交往、交融,与时俱进推动边境民族工作创新。under the guiding principles of the eighteenth national congress of the CPC and aiming at the works of frontier ethnic works, maintenance of the unitary and harmonious ethnic relations in border area that concerning the overall situation of national unity of the state, a better - off society both Guangxi and the whole country enter synchronously and the realization of the ＇ Chinese Dream＇ to all nationalities within the grand family of the Chinese nation, this paper puts forwards and stresses the following innovative viewpoints： theoretically, the three confidences with Chinese characteristics in theory, system and road that solve the ethnic issues should be strengthened feasibly; economic and social development in border areas should be accelerated by using every conceivable means in order to consolidate the material foundation of national unity in terms of practical works; exchange and＇fusion among all nationalities should be boosted sternly and innovation in ethnic works should be promoted in terms of ways and means.
