摘　　要：具有中国特色的文化软实力的核心是"文化创造活力","文化创造活力"的基本载体是"活力汉语",提升文化软实力的路径选择就是培育活力汉语。"活力汉语"是指基于语用主体精湛思考而以创意概念、新颖判断、缜密评论和审美展示等为形式特征因而富于思维活力和美感特色的表现性言语行为;它既涵盖以逻辑理性见长的学理性言语行为,也囊括以审美表达为主的艺术性言语行为;既包括学术话语、理论话语、政治话语和外交话语等集中代表国家权力意志的富于生命力的言语行为,也囊括社会各界运用汉语从事教育教学、文艺创作、学术研究等创造性活动并符合国家最高利益的公民个体充满表现力的言语行为。"活力汉语"贯通了广义汉语语用生活的一切领域并适用于社会各阶层的语用主体,成为中国当代文化最广泛、最普适、最深刻和最具创造价值的象征符号。为此,学校和社会各界应当实施积极语用,深度培育语用主体的思想力和表达力——创造中国文化的"思想力工程"和"表达力工程"。Based on the background of the multicuhural competitive game in the era of globalization, the paper expounds that the core of the cultural soft power with Chinese eharacteristics is the cultural creativity, whose basic cartier is the vigorous Chinese language, which means that the path to choose for the enhancement of the cultural soft power is to foster the vitality of Chinese guage. whose best lanThe vigor in Chinese language is based on the pragmatic subject＇ s consummate thinking, language performance becomes full of vigor, with creative concepts, novel judgment, careful comment and aesthetic display of expressive speech act, etc. characterized by vigorous thinking and aesthetic characteristics. Therefore, the school and society at large should implement positive pragmatics and cultivate the pragmatic subject＇ s thinking and expressing power, which is to create the Chinese culture＇ s thinking and expressing project.
