湖南省生产性服务业就业吸纳能力的实证分析

摘　　要：运用就业弹性方法和投入产出方法,对湖南省生产性服务业的就业吸纳能力进行实证分析,结果显示:总体上湖南省生产性服务业就业吸纳能力强,就业增长空间较大;内部各行业对就业也具有较大促进作用,但各行业对就业的贡献程度存在差异。因此,加快生产性服务业发展对解决湖南省就业问题意义重大。In order to study the absorbing ability in employment, this paper makes an empirical analysis on producer services in Hunan province using employment elasticity and input - output method. The results show that： producer services in Hu- nan province have strong absorbing abilities and developing space in employment; its internal industries can also boost the increase in employment, but there are significant differences among various industries in contribution to present and future employment. Therefore, speeding up the development of producer services makes great sense in solving employ- ment problems of Hunan province.
