摘　　要：本文在对做市商制度进行理念分析、机理分析、国际比较分析、模型量化分析、制约因素分析的基础上 ,系统论证了我国二板市场实施做市商制度的必然性和可行性 ,旨在推动我国二板市场的创建和健康发展 。Based on the concept analysis, operative principle analysis, contrast analysis, quantitative analysis and key factors analysis on market maker rule, we systematically proved the feasibility and inevitability of carrying out market maker rule in our country. The purpose of this paper is to advance healthy formation of our secondary board market, and achieve international level as soon as possible.
