摘　　要：通过国内外公益性数字资源服务实践的成效对比,分析了当前的湘西州地区公共图书馆数字资源服务的现状,并就此针对经济欠发达地区的湘西州公共图书馆,提出应从图书馆立法、建设主体上移、总分馆制、区域合作网络等方面保障数字资源服务机制运转的可行性思路的设想。By comparing the effect of domestic and foreign public welfare digital resource service practice, the paper analyse the current situation of Xiangxi autonomous prefecture public library digital resources services.Based on Xiangxi public libraries in underdeveloped areas,the paper put forward feasihility about library legislation,construction bodey upward displacement,center-branch library system,rgeional cooperation network to digital resource service mechanism.
