摘　　要：本文首先从供需两方面对银行业的全能化作制度分析 ;其次讨论银行业全能化的正负效应 ;然后论证全能化是中国银行业发展的必然趋势 ;最后分析银行业全能化的条件 。First, this paper analyses institutional factors of allround bank in the world from the view of supply and demand. Second, the paper discusses the positive and negative effects of allround bank. Third, the paper proves that allround bank is the only way of China′s bank development. Finally, the paper analyses the conditions of allround bank, defines the tasks of financial industries in China.
