摘　　要：本文从文字表述的角度解读科技查新报告的核心——"新颖性",通过分析具体的例子探讨了查新报告中各部分采用不同表述方式对"新颖性"的影响,提出了准确表述新颖性的策略,指出对于"新颖性表述"这一科技查新的"题中之义",查新机构应该予以重视。文中所举的例子均为作者虚构。＂Novelty＂ is a keyword of sci-tech novelty retrieval report, which was paid great attention. This article noted thst ＂novelty＂ was affected by the statements in the reports, disscussed the appropriate written expression, and made a new explaination of the word ＂novelty＂. Examples in this article were fictitious.
