摘　　要：学习习近平同志关于权力观的一系列重要论述,对于坚持马克思主义权力观,树立和践行以民为本的权力观,更好地创新和拓展中国特色社会主义道路,实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦,具有重要意义。权为民所有、权为民所赋、权为民所用、权为民所监、权为民造福,构成了以民为本权力观的基本内涵,体现了建设中国特色社会主义权力文明的本质要求。The study of Xi Jinping＇s elaboration on the conception of power is of great significance to adhere to Marxist conception of power, to foster and fulfill the people-oriented conception of power, to expand the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and to attain the Chinese dream of the great renaissance of the Chinese nation. The basic meaning of the people-oriented conception of power involves the ownership of power by the people, the entitlement of power by the people, the employment of power by the people, the supervision of power by the people and the benefits brought to the people, which are essentially required for socialist power civilization with Chinese characteristics.
