摘　　要：创新驱动是加快建设先进的国防科技工业的根本途径。国防科技工业创新驱动发展的支持系统是保证实现"加强军民融合式发展战略规划、体制机制建设和法规建设"必不可少的一个体系,文章在提出国防科技工业创新驱动支持系统内涵构想的基础上,探讨了其建立和完善的主要思路,以及应处理好的几个关系。Innovation-driving is the basic way to improve the construction of developed science and technology industry of national defense. The supporting system of this development is the guarantee of ＂strengthening military and civil combination development strategic plan, systematic and mechanism construction and legal construction＂. This article puts forward the connotation construction of the supporting system and probes the main train of thought to establish and improve that as well as ways to deal with several relations.
