海外中国劳工群体利益表达的困境、冲突与解决——以罗马尼亚中国工人劳务纠纷为例

摘　　要：随着国际劳务输出的不断增多,各种劳务纠纷不断涌现,海外中国劳工群体的利益表达与保障成为一个难题。本文以罗马尼亚的中国工人群体为代表,探讨其所处的困境及导致困境的主客观原因,揭示其利益表达中存在的问题,并进一步深入分析罗马尼亚中国工人劳务纠纷中各方的利益冲突,在此基础上尝试提出一些具体化、可操作的对策措施。With the amount of the export of labor services increasing, different kinds of disputes emerge, and the expression and guarantee of group interests for Chinese labors have fallen into a tough situation. In this article, Chinese labor group in Romania has been chosen as the representative of the oversea immigrants to be used to analyze the problems that arise in the process of interests expressing. The subjective and objective reasons of this dilemma have also been deliberated and discussed. An accidental labor dispute of Chinese workers in Romania has been taken as a specific case, with its occurrence, settlement, problems all being analyzed in this article. Besides, the factors that triggered the dispute have also been reflected, based on which some concrete, practical measures have been raised.
