摘　　要：2006年2月,国务院正式颁布了《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要(2006━2020年)》(以下简称《纲要》)。《纲要》中科技中介服务体系作为国家创新体系建设构成之一被提出,指出我国要"建设社会化、网络化的科技中介服务体系"。近年来,科技中介规模逐年扩大,新型组织形式和服务模式不断涌现,网络化的科技中介服务体系已初见端倪。科技中介机构在加速科技成果产业化、支撑区域创新和产业升级、促进中小企业创新创业等方面发挥了积极作用。本文就《纲要》实施以来我国科技中介服务体系建设取得的进展进行了综合报道。In February 2006, the State Council promulgated the ＂ National Plan for Medium- to Long-term Scientific and Technological Development （2006-2020）＂ （hereinafter referred to as the ＂ Plan ＂）.The science and technology intermediary service system is proposed as a composition of national innovation system construction in the ＂ Plan ＂, which also pointed out the need to ＂construct a socialized, networked technology intermediary service system in China ＂.In recent years, the scale of science and technology intermediary has been increasing, new forms of organization and service models have emerged, networked technology intermediary service system has begun to take shape. The science and technology agency played a positive role in accelerating the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements, supporting regional innovation and industrial upgrading and promoting the innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises. In this paper, we made a comprehensive report on the progress made since the ＂Plan＂ of the implementation of the science and technology intermediary service system in China.
