摘 要:采用种子乳液聚合法合成了丙烯酸酯类聚合物(ACR)胶乳,其中核层及中间层为不同交联程度的聚丙烯酸丁酯(PBA),壳层为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA).玻璃化转变温度(Tg)和拉伸性能的测定表征了ACR的自身性能;聚氯乙烯(PVC)冲击强度的测定和PVC断面的扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析表征了ACR增韧后的PVC的性能.结果表明:ACR内部结构及外界温度对增韧效果有重要影响;测试温度大于15℃时,核层交联度为6% ~ 12%时,ACR增韧效果最佳.Acrylic latex was synthesized with PBA as the core and the inter layer and the PMMA as the outer layer by seed emulsion polymerization.The test of Tg and film tensile property of ACR characterized the nature performance of ACR.Impact strength test of PVC and SEM analysis of fracture surface of PVC characterized the property of toughened PVC.It was concluded that the internal structure of ACR and the test temperature had a good effect on toughening effect of ACR when the test temperature was more than 15 ℃ and the core's cross-linkage of ACR was 6% ~ 12%,the toughening effect was the best.
