摘　　要：分析了防护筛塑件的结构及成型工艺,针对防护筛壁薄、深度大、疏风开孔多的特点,研究了模具的结构方案,设计了一套含三次分型和一次顶出的模具,进行了结构造型。并就模具浇注系统、顺序分型机构、推出机构、成型部件、导向、排气系统及其它机构进行了设计。实践结果表明,模具设计方案合理、结构紧凑、动作可靠。This paper analyzed the structure and molding process of protective screen,based on the features of the thin wall,deep depth and many breezing holes,it made the research on the structural planning of the mould,designing a mould with three times parting and once ejection and implementing the structural shape.Also,it made the design on the gating system of the mould,sequence-parting mechanism,push-out mechanism,molding parts,guiding and exhausts system and other mechanisms.The practical result showed that the design of the mould was reasonable with the compact structure and reliable operation.
