摘 要:为了考察聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)在油田环境中的适用性能,采用高温高压釜设备,评价了不同温度(20~60℃)下PTFE在模拟重油环境中(煤油+CO2)的质量、拉伸强度、形貌、结构和耐热性能变化规律.结果表明,PTFE虽然在模拟重油环境中发生溶胀增重现象,并导致其拉伸强度下降约5.6%,但增重率、拉伸强度下降率均远低于标准极限要求,且其形貌、结构和耐热性能均未发生明显变化,显示出良好的耐重油介质适用性.In order to investigate the applicability of PTFE in oilfield environments,simulated oilfield atmospheres including CO2 and kerosene was firstly given.After different simulated tests at 20 ~ 60 ℃ with autoclave equipment,the weight change,tensile strength,morphologies,structure and thermal resistance of PTFE were measured systematically.Results revealed that the weight of PTFE increased with the increasing temperatures due to the swelling in simulated tests,which caused a reduction about 5.6% of its tensile strength.However,the weight change and strength lose were much lower than the limit of standard.Moreover,the morphologies,composition and thermal resistance of PTFE tested in different atmospheres were nearly the same,further revealing that PTFE had a perfect compatibility in simulated oilfield environments.
