摘 要:使用极限氧指数仪、垂直燃烧仪、TGA-FTIR研究了9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)对热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)自熄性的影响,并阐释了其快速自熄的机理。结果显示,添加少量的DOPO可以使TPU的氧指数从23.1%提升到29.3%,样品在点火结束后1 s内自熄。对样品热氧分解产物分析显示,DOPO分解产生的PO·等自由基会抑制某些活性自由基,使TPU分解产物被氧化程度降低,破坏了燃烧进行的链式反应,抑制TPU燃烧,使其快速自熄。The effect on the self-extinguish ability of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) by 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide (DOPO) was studied by limiting oxygen index (LOI),vertical burning test (UL94),thermogravimetric analysis-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (TGA-FTIR),and its rapidly self-extinguishing mechanism was also illustrated here.The results showed that,with a small amount of DOPO,the LOI of the composites could increase to 29.3% from 23.1%,and would selfextinguish within 1 second,reach UL94 V-2.The analysis of volatiles degraded by samples showed that,the PO · and other radicals degraded by DOPO quenched the active radicals by the initial degradation of TPU,ruined the chain oxidation reaction of combustion,inhibiting the combustion of TPU,made it rapidly selfextinguished.
