摘 要:研究了低镍铁料代替电解镍和低碳铬铁在集装箱钢种上的应用,解决了回硫问题。结果表明,低镍铁料能够代替电解镍和部分低碳铬铁生产集装箱钢种,而且节约成本85.71元/t钢。低镍铁料替代电解镍技术应用到所有含镍类品种钢上均不影响成品性能。The study on iron materials with low content of nickel instead of electrolytic nickel and low-carbon ferrochromium in smelting molten steels for containers is carried out and thus the problem of resulfurization during smelting is solved. The study results show that electrolytic nickel and some of low-carbon ferrochromium materials can be replaced by iron materials with low content of nickel in producing steel grades for containers and the cost is reduced by 85.71 RMB per ton steel. The product properties of all nickel-containing steel grades are not influenced after iron materials with low nickel are used in smelting molten steels for containers.
