摘  要:对首次采用轧后直接淬火工艺生产的30CrMnMo钢板分层开裂原因进行了分析。结果表明,钢板产生分层开裂主要由于轧制、淬火工艺控制不当,造成钢板组织不均匀,晶粒粗大所致,提出了相应的改进措施,实施后稳定了钢板质量。The causes leading to delamination cracking on the surface of the 30CrMnMo steel plate with high strength produced by direct quenching process after rolling for the first time is analyzed. The results show that the delamination cracking on the surface of the steel plate is caused by nonuniform microstructures and rough grains in the steel due to incorrect controlling during rolling or direct quench process. So some corresponding countermeasures are proposed.Then the steel plate quality is improved after these measures are taken.
