摘 要:介绍了安太堡选煤厂商品煤的生产流程与主洗、选矸和旁路系统等加工工艺,分析了入洗原煤构成、洗选工艺、洗选产品及其回收率、洗选产品质量、商品煤类别等,并对安太堡选煤厂原煤对商品煤灰分、硫分贡献的计算模型进行探讨。探讨结果表明:安太堡选煤厂商品煤质量受各煤层洗选配比、回收率、装车配比等参数影响,9号原煤对商品煤灰分、硫分的贡献大于11号原煤及4号原煤。The production process and processing technology i.e.,the main washing,waste rock picking and bypass system of commercial coal in Antaibao preparation plant were introduced.Then the washed raw coal's composition,washing process,washing products and recovery rate,and the quality of washing products,and product category were analyzed in this paper.The calculation model of the raw coal contribution to commercial coal ash and sulfur content was also discussed.The results showed that the commercial coal quality of Antaibao coal preparation plant was influenced by parameters such as coal washing ratio of each coal seam, recovery rate,and loading ratio,etc.Furthermore,the no.9raw coal's contribution to ash and sulfur content was proved greater than no.11and no.4raw coal.
