浅谈平沟洗煤厂节能降耗及增效管理的创新机制

摘　　要：介绍了平沟选煤厂从管理创新、技术创新、经营创新、完善能耗管理新机制等方面采取节能降耗的相应措施,指出设备改造、挡风墙工程、污水处理和煤泥干燥工程等方面的技术创新可提高选煤厂的生产效率及降低其能源消耗。This paper introduced the measurements adopted to reduce energy consumption from aspects such as management innovation,technical innovation,business innovation and new mechanisms improvement in energy consumption management,it was also indicated that technical innovation such as equipment modification,wind-shield wall engineering,swage treatment,coal slime drying engineering could improve production efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
