摘　　要：禁止和限制使用农药残留限量的是政府加强消费安全、环境安全和农业产业安全保护的重要技术措施。本文在介绍国际组织和欧美等发达国家禁限用农药残留限量制定原则的基础上,对我国禁止和限制使用农药残留限量制定背景、原则和程序进行了详细解读。To ensure the food safety, environmental safety, and agricultural safety, govern- mentstake the MRLs of pesticides as an important technical measure, especially for the banned pesticides and restricted pesticides. This article introduces the background, principle and proce- dure in setting MRLs of prohibited and restricted pesticides in China based on the experience of developed countries, such as U.S.A and EU, eet.
