摘  要:依据媒体公开报道的信息,对2006—2013年我国水体突发性污染事故作不完全统计分析。经对年度发生次数比较发现,水体突发性污染逐年降低;污染物类别主要为重金属、有机物和化工污染物,占统计总数的74.19%;污染事件主要来源于企业违规排污、工厂事故性泄漏、人为因素和自然条件破坏等,其中企业违规排污占54.84%,人为因素占10%。According to media reports, the sudden water pollution accidents from 2006 to 2013 in China were investigated. Through comparison of the annual frequency, the number of sudden water pollution accidents reduced year by year;the main polluters included heavy metals, organics, and chemical contaminants, which reached about 74.19% of the total. The pollution type analysis suggested that the reasons for these accidental water pollutions mainly include enterprise illegal discharge, factory accidental leakage, human factors and natural damage, in which the enterprise illegal discharge of the wastewater is about 54.84% and the intentional poisoning of human factor is about 10%.
