摘 要:以加固时受基底承载力限制的危旧双曲拱桥为研究对象,基于拱上填料表观密度大,整体性不足的特点,提出采用EPS轻质混凝土换填拱上填料加固双曲拱桥的新方法。通过对EPS混凝土的强度和变形特点的分析,阐明EPS混凝土的加固机理;并结合工程实例,建立加固后双曲拱桥的实体有限元模型,对换填前后的结构进行分析。结果表明,采用表观密度小、变形能力大的EPS混凝土换填双曲拱桥的拱上填料,能够对桥梁进行合理卸载,在增强上部结构整体性的同时明显改善主拱圈的受力状态,达到恢复或提高桥梁承载能力的目的。Limited by the subgrade bearing capacity of old double-curve arch bridges, we put forward a new method to improve the stress states of arch bridges using EPS concrete to replace packing due to its large bulk density and deficient completeness. Through a- nalysis of the strength and deformation performance of EPS concrete, the reinforcement mechanism of it is demonstrated. Combining with concrete project examples, the paper establishes an entity finite element model for the strengthened double-curvature arch bridge using ANSYS to analyze the bridge structure before and after replacement. The results show that EPS concrete with lightweight and partial plastic deformation is filled as packing on the arch ring, which can reasonably unload the arch and enhance the integrity of upper structure and achieve the aim of restoring or improving the carrying capacity.
