摘　　要：资源市场化是市场经济的起点 ,也是市场经济发展的必然要求。城市是生产要素集中的市场。在充分发掘资源的基础上 ,以资源利用产业化的形式完成资源市场化 ,促使生产要素按照不同地区的资源状况集中 ,形成梯次资源市场网络的过程就是城市 (镇 )化。资源市场化的严重不足 ,极大地阻碍了西部城镇化道路的进程。通过资源市场化 ,围绕资源开发建特区 ,促进生产要素向西部集中 ,优先发展中小城镇 ,在建设小城镇群的基础上促进西部城镇化的实现 ,既关系到中国经济发展的新的增长点 ,也是西部城镇化道路的必然选择。The resource of marketability is market economy developmental jumping-off point, also market economy developmental necessity need. Town is production element concentrated market. The town course is as away of resource using industrialization to complete the resource of marketability and form grads of the resource market network, approach to urge production element concentrated according to inhomogeneous zone of resource base sufficiency disinter resource. Just about the resource's marketability of severity lack, it is maximum block tenor of the western town course path. Get across the resource of marketability to construct the especial cantos where surround the resource's exploitation, that is cannot but promote production element concentrated to the west area. Base construction small town community first growing the secondary and small town and promote carrying out the town course, that is connection economic developing in china , also the western town course path of a necessity choice.
