摘　　要：住宅基金作为推进住宅生产和消费的专项基金 ,对国家住宅业和住宅金融业的发展 ,起着十分重要的作用。新加坡、意大利、巴西和埃及等国建设住宅基金的实践 ,为我国提供了不少经验。借鉴这些国家成功的经验 ,针对我国的具体国情 ,笔者认为应尽快设立政府性住宅金融机构 ,建立健全住宅基金制度 ,并对现行的住房公积金制度加以完善 ,以此来促进我国住宅基金的建设。Housing fund, as a special fund of promoting the production and consumption of residence, is very important for the house building and house banking. Many countries, such as Singapore, Italy, Brazil and Egypt, have done many explorations and provided us many succesful experiences in the construction of Housing Fund. Using the experience of those countries for reference, basing on the particular situation of China, we should set up the Government Housing Financial Institution, establish the housing fund system and perfect the current public Accumulation Fund, so as to promote the construction of the National Housing Fund of China.
