摘  要:研究了国内外炼油装置设备和管阀件的泄漏检测方法、法规、标准和泄漏排放估算手段,参考美国环保局(EPA)规范建立了泄漏检测方法,抽检了某炼化公司3套化工装置181个设备和管阀件的泄漏情况,并对排放量进行了估算。结果表明:该炼化公司3套装置设备及管阀件泄漏排放量约为105.6 t/a,其80%的排放来自约3%的高泄漏部件。By researching on leak detection method, standards and emission estimate means of refinery equipment and components home and abroad,a new leak detection method was established referring to United States Environmental Protection Agency. Leak condition of 181 equipment and components of 3 devices was checked and the emission was estimated. The result showed that the quantity of emission of the 3 devices was 105. 6 t / a,and about 80% of the emission comes from 3% high leaking parts.
