摘  要:以4个不同花生品种4 d苗龄的上胚轴和胚小叶为外植体,接种到添加不同激素的MS培养基上,进行花生植株再生体系的研究。结果表明,不同基因型花生品种的再生能力差异显著,湘花2008和中花8号的不定芽诱导率、成苗率和生根率均较高。确定了湘花2008和中花8号卡那霉素的筛选浓度,芽诱导培养基中卡那霉素的临界浓度为200 mg/L,可有效抑制胚小叶不定芽的形成。The 4-day old epicotyl and leaflet of 4 peanut varieties were used as explants to study the plant regeneration system through cultured on the MS medium with different hormones .The results showed that there were significant differences in regeneration ability between different genotypes of peanut .Xianghua 2008 and Zhonghua 8 had higher induction rate of adventitious bud , seedling rate and rooting rate .The kanamycin concentration for screening of Xianghua 2008 and Zhonghua 8 was ascertained as 200 mg/L in bud induction medium, which could efficiently inhibit the formation of adventitious buds from leaflets .
