地锦草颗粒的急性亚急性毒性试验

摘　　要：为了评价地锦草颗粒的安全性,分别选取昆明种小白鼠、Wistar大鼠进行了急性、亚急性毒性试验。急性毒性试验结果,地锦草颗粒对小鼠经口服给药LD50>5 000 mg/kg b.w.,其毒副作用很小或无毒副作用。亚急性试验结果,连续给药4周,停药后继续观察2周,试验组大鼠生理、生化及病理等各项指标均在正常范围内,与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05),停药后各组也未见药物延迟性毒性反应,表明地锦草颗粒长期用药对大鼠无明显毒性,是比较安全的制剂。In order to evaluate the security of EUPHORBIA HUMIFUSA granule , the acute and subacute toxicity tests were conducted with Kunming mice and Wistar rats .The acute toxicity test showed that the LD 50 for mice by oral medication was more than 5 000 mg/kg b.w., which indicated that the preparation had little toxicity .The subacute toxicity test showed that the physiological , biochemical and pathological indexes of rats were all in the normal range after successive medication for 4 weeks and drug withdrawal for 2 weeks, which had no significant differences with those of control （ P﹥0 .05 ） .And there was no delayed toxicity reaction after drug withdrawal .It indicated that long -time medication of EUPHORBIA HUMIFUSA granule had no significant toxicity to rats , and it was a safer preparation .
