摘 要:介绍一种新型重金属螯合剂—飞卡(FACAR),该螯合剂是一种液状氨基二硫代甲酸型螯合树脂,按一定的投加比经水稀释后与垃圾焚烧飞灰均匀混合,在常温下能与垃圾焚烧飞灰中的重金属反应使其稳定化,同时还与多氯代二苯并-对-二噁英和多氯代苯并呋喃发生常温脱氯反应,使得二噁英类化合物解毒。还介绍了该产品的开发背景、技术原理、工艺流程以及应用,最后分析展望了该产品在垃圾焚烧飞灰安全处置领域的应用前景。A new kind of heavy metal chelator FACAR was introduced. This chelator was a liquid dithiocarbamate chelating resin. MSWI fly ash was mixed with chelator which is diluted with a certain ratio. Through reaction, the resin could stabilize the heavy metal in MSWI fly ash at the room temperature. In addition, dioxin-like compounds could be detoxification by the dechlorinate reactions between the resin and polychlorinated dibenzo-on-dioxin and polychlorinated benzofuran at the room temperature. The development background, mechanism, technical process and application of this product were summarized. Finally, the potential of this chelator used in the field of MSWI fly ash safety disposal was prospected.
